Our guidelines for international mobility provide a framework for the international career possibilities. We have different types of how our employees can gain international experience.
- Project assignment - Temporary assignment to a Group company, duration up to 6 month.
- Long term assignment – Temporary assignment to a Group company, for a period of 6 - 36 months
- International Career – Virtually made up by more assignments to different locations.
