Our road map

Generali, the third largest insurer in Europe, and PPF Group through Ceska pojistovna, the largest insurance company in the Czech Republic, have united their insurance assets in the CEE region to create the number 1 geographical footprint in CEE insurance industry, with a planned presence in 12 countries from the start. This step is part of a strategy of expansion into other countries in the region, as well as of developing businesses in existing locations. Through our subsidiaries, we manage assets amounting to nearly EUR 10 billion and serve 9 million clients across the region. 

• Raise the value of the Generali PPF Holding from €5.1 billion in 2007 to at least €10 billion in 2012
• Achieve a market share of at least 10% in each key country, also through external lines
• Growth and improved market share, maintaining a solid financial performance
• Invest in product and distribution channel innovation
• Become a global operator with a broad range of products and services, rather than a niche player
• Also create value by leveraging intragroupsynergies through formation of centers of excellence
• Build a strong team to operate at local and international level, with an entrepreneurial approach focused on results
