Delta Generali Osiguranje A.D.O. is a composite insurance company, with license for all life and non-life products, having two subsidiaries in Republic of Serbia - Delta Generali Reosiguranje a.d.o.Beograd and Delta Generali Voluntary Pension Fund Management Company and three subsidiaries in Republic of Montenegro - Delta Generali Holding d.o.o. Podgorica and Joint Stock Life and Non-Life insurance companies: Delta Generali Osiguranje Podgorica, Delta Generali Zivotna Osiguranja Podgorica.
Delta Generali Osiguranje A.D.O. is the 3rd largest insurance company on the Serbian market (in the line after one state owned insurance company and one ex state owned company privatized in 2008) and the fastest growing one.
The company, in structure and ownership, represents a joint venture between Generali Group, with 50% +1 share, and Delta Group, with 50% -1 share.
Delta Generali Osiguranje A.D.O. mission is to grow faster than market offering professional and top quality service and adequate products to the clients always following market and client requests on one side, but also taking care about company’s efficiency and profitability, on the other side.
At the same time, it is to enable a strong Generali presence on the overall market share, matching its size and reputation, while penetrating the market in a number of neighboring countries.
After ten years of experience in Serbian market, business concept and knowledge will be stabile base for regional development, starting from Montenegro in 2009 and Republika Srpska in following years.

Delta Generali Osiguranje A.D.O. offers a widest range of Non Life insurance products, from family and personal insurances in health and household, to the most delicate commercial and industrial property, transport and liability. Motor business is the biggest share in company portfolio, including MTPL and Casco, with permanent improvement in product and rider’s development, as well as external network and claim handling optimization and development.
With Life sales force which is a most developed and internally trained in the country, finally led to the first place in the market in Q1 2009, even financial crisis is taking its share.
Business network and variety of distribution channels and sales points are additional strength in difficult market game. Client oriented approach and top quality service have got additional confirmation in 2008, by opening the very first web shop in Serbia.
First place in health insurance is maintenance with own travel assistance center with direct presence in 5 most visited countries (Greece, Turkey, Bulgaria, Egypt and Montenegro). Additional step in quality will be given by own policlinics in 2009, which will be on long term great support to profitability and efficiency which are always in focus of all Delta Generali companies.
